Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research on legislative issues, policy proposals, and parliamentary proceedings.
  • Assisting MPs and parliamentary staff with administrative tasks, including drafting documents, preparing briefings, and organizing meetings.
  • Monitoring media coverage and public opinion on key political issues.
  • Providing support during parliamentary debates, committee meetings, and constituency events.
  • Contributing to the development of policy papers, speeches, and parliamentary reports.
  • Engaging with constituents and stakeholders to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Collaborating with other interns and colleagues across different departments to achieve common objectives.

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, or recent graduate.
  • Demonstrated interest in politics, government, public policy, or related fields.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the UK political system and parliamentary procedures is preferred but not required.
