Job Responsibilities:

Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to support trade negotiations and identify opportunities for UK businesses in international markets.
Data Management: Assist in the collection, management, and analysis of trade data, ensuring accuracy and relevance for reporting and strategic planning.
Report Preparation: Prepare reports, briefs, and presentations on various trade-related topics for internal and external stakeholders.
Event Support: Assist in organizing and executing trade events, workshops, and seminars aimed at promoting UK trade and investment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Support engagement activities with key stakeholders, including businesses, trade associations, and government bodies.
Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in International Relations, Economics, Business, Political Science, or a related field.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated interest in international trade and economic policy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Previous internship or work experience in government, international trade, or a related field.
Familiarity with trade data analysis and economic modeling tools.
Additional language skills are a plus.
