Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Public Administration, Political Science, Environmental Studies, Social Work, Urban Planning, etc.).
Strong interest in public service and local government.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Previous experience in a related field is a plus but not required.
