- Currently enrolled in a graduate program or recent graduate with a degree in international relations, political science, public policy, economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in diplomacy, international development, and global affairs.
- Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior experience in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
